Beat Guarantee applies to verifiable advertised prices on mattresses of comparable specification from authorized retailers. All mattresses are backed by a manufacturer's
warranty — up to 10 years non-prorated. Brand names are referenced solely to identify the manufacturer's private-label clientele; all trademarks belong to their respective
owners.
